Freshness

We never imply last week’s label is current. Every Index answer says when it was true.

The snapshot you are on

Production serves a named snapshot. A publish moves everyone forward; we can point back at a retained one. You do not pick files.

How often

Once a day. The catalog rebuilds each morning (09:30 UTC) and publishes a new snapshot only when something changed. Recalls land in the first rebuild after the FDA lists them, and recall notices go out in that same run.

As-of

Ask for Tuesday’s world, not only today’s. Historical claim audit is a first-class path.

If you need to be notified

Most teams never hook this. If you do, you can subscribe to notices when a medicine’s status changes, and — with Cabinet — when that change touches a member on your list. See the API map for the optional paths.
